All digital items will be delivered via encrypted links once payment has been received. This will be immediate if PayPal has been used, otherwise the links will be sent once funds have reached the account.
No refunds are offered on digital items.
Bookings are open as soon as the events are advertised.
Deposits (non-refundable*) are needed to secure your place on the weekend. You may lose your place to someone else if you haven’t paid your deposit.
Balances are due SIX weeks before the event. If full payment has not been received by TWO weeks before the event then you could lose your space to someone else and forfeit your deposit.
If booking within SIX weeks of the event then full payment must be made at the time of booking.
*If YOU need to cancel with 8 or more days notice before the event then we can offer a transfer, free of charge, to another weekend retreat. Your deposit plus any further payments will transfer over as if you booked on the new retreat.
*If YOU need to cancel with 8 or more days notice before the event then if YOU can find someone to take your place and they book with us then we will return your deposit plus any further payments.
If YOU don’t wish to move to another retreat then you will lose your deposit PLUS the following remaining costs:

If WE cancel then you will receive 100% back including your deposit.
Terms and Conditions
We hope that once you have booked you will be able to make the holiday, but we appreciate that unexpected things can happen that change your plans.
If YOU cancel with at least 2 months notice then we will return the following:

If you cannot get to the resort through no fault of your own, such as strike action or natural disasters, we still have to pay the centre their fee and therefore will not be able to return your money. Hence we recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance to cover such eventualities.
If WE have to cancel the holiday then we will return all your money. However, anyone who cancelled prior to this will be subject to the conditions above.
In the event of Force Majeure, such as the recent Covid-19 pandemic, then significant changes to these terms and conditions may have to be made. We will work closely with the retreat centre to try and find alternative dates to hold the event and if that’s not possible we will try and obtain a refund on your behalf. This cannot be guaranteed, though we will do our best to make this happen. Again adequate travel insurance is needed to help cover this.
